Investing in domain names and websites

I have built up a portfolio of domain names and websites over the course of quite a few years. I see myself as an investor in domain names and websites. I will not purchase any more domain names and I will not build any more websites. I will however, work on my existing websites and I'll keep hold of my domain names as well.
